Dissikuss is not for the feint of heart, or the closed minded.

Dissikuss was Canadian born and bred with the gift of gab and a sense of humour. His ability to drop a verse making you think, laugh and possibly anger you all at the same time, the emotion in this rap summarizes his experiences. Since an early age, the influence of artists like Public Enemy, 2 Live Crew and the Beastie Boys first spawned the idea for Dissikuss to get into hip hop. Influenced by Wu-Tang Clan, 2pac, Dr. Dre, Xzibit, Snoop Dogg, Warren G, Eminem and Canadian rappers Swollen Members, Maestro, Infinite, Choclair... the list goes on.

Unleashing raw angst with brash lyrical delivery and wit has become everyday routine as Dissikuss has recorded over 50 scratch tracks using his own equipment, before submitting them to local producers.

Having rapped freestyle for friends for years, earning credibility with other artists locally, even guesting on their albums, Dissikuss eventually teamed up with local producer Five Star Kidd and beat-maker DJ Danger J.

A new style all to his own has been formed. A Westcoast flavour mixed with the gifted vernacular and pure honesty of his tracks, Dissikuss unleashes a new brand of hardcore rap.
