- Tha FaB-5 formerly known as the "East Texas Slidas" are an uprising music group out of Lufkin, Texas. The group was put together officially in 2006. The first 3 mixtapes were entitled "Dem Slidaz", "Da Rizen", and the most recent "Texas Takeova", included collabo's with some of Lufkin finest artist such as $ugabear, J-Live and Tay of L*T*A, Zay The Brick Boy, and the talented Ms. Mia Wright. Over the last year, the FaB-5 have owned the last two Open Door Records Talent Shows and have become part of the respected Backwoodz Ent record label {R.i.P Bigg Jake Da Mixxtape}. Shoutout to all the cliques in Angelina County that's grindin', and a special thanks to Marco Morales and $ugabear who gave us a chance to better ourselves in the music business.
