- AvenueHiFi.com is a socially-driven network of independent, unsigned, and local musicians and fans. Our content is provided by artists looking to promote their music, merchandise, and message to the world through the Internet. All base profiles are free, for both artists and fans. We also respect an artist's right to gain from their hard work and dedication, and provide optional merchandise stores and single song purchases for those artists that choose to participate.
Who we are
We have been there, trust us. Working as a guitarist for a local unsigned band, it was tough to maintain a following unless we were out and about actively playing or appearing at shows. We did have a Web site, but it was homegrown and expensive to maintain. In thinking of ways to keep the "in-your-face" momentum, discover new talent and venues to team up with, and doing it all at zero cost to the artists, we came up with AvenueHiFi.com.
What we offer
We offer musicians and fans the opportunity to connect. Musicians sign up for a free artist profile, which is very much like a professional Web presence. Your profile's colors, fonts, and layout can all be changed. You can also upload a main bio picture, post a band biography, manage photo albums, upload an unlimited number of high-quality song and video files that stream right from your profile, receive and post messages, add external links, list your shows and events, and even sell your merchandise and songs!
