Why Join A&R Selects $25 a month project submission program?

A&R Select has been licensing independent music for over 4 years to television shows, films, commercials, video games, trailers, publishers, and even record labels. It's about time you give yourself the opportunity you deserve for your music without having to pay hundreds of dollars for it. At A&R Select, the business model is based on providing real projects to independent artists on a day to day basis.

How do I submit to the A&R Select project listing?

We provide our artists with a digital database where you can upload 15 songs and still have the option of updating your song bank at any time with new tracks. Only artists registered with A&R Select can view and submit to the project listing otherwise known as"The Deal Sheet". Its as simple as sending a quick email to our submissions department with your song title, along with the "AR Project Number" associated with the project you are submitting for.

How often is the A&R Select project listing updated?

Our project listing is updated with 10-20 new projects every week ranging from music supervisors looking for music for a television show, to film production companies looking for material for their up coming movies. Record labels looking for artists to write music for artists on their label, to publishing companies in need of new music for various projects they are working with directly. There is no limit to the number or type of requests you can submit your music to every day!

Why does A&R Select charge $25 per month to have artists submit music?

The project opportunities that A&R Select provides are from major players in the industry looking for the right music for their projects. Our submissions department has to go through all the submitted music song by song to make sure only the right material gets to those requests. (For example, we cannot submit a country song to an MTV request for hip hop music). The people that go through the songs need to get payed of course. This is why we need to ask for a small monthly due of $25 for you to work with our project listing.

What kind of success has A&R Select artists had so far?

Our artists have been placed in television shows on networks like MTV, VH1, Nickelodeon, G4 network, Oxygen, and more. We have also had artists placed with commercials for companies like Verizon and Scion Cars, along with independent films and major movie trailers. If a deal presents itself, then what?
A&R Select members receive 60% of any deal we secure them and is totally non-exclusive. Artist's also have the option of simply just paying their membership dues and continue with our marketing and promotional services no strings attached!
